Woman Killed on State Route 163 Identified SAN DIEGO - An accident in Mission Valley on state Route 163 that killed a 28-year-old woman has now been identified by the county Medical Examiner’s office as Angela Faye Ainslie. Angela Ainslie was riding in the passenger seat of a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that crashed at about 1a.m. Monday morning. According to witnesses, the driver was speeding and lost control of his car, which then proceeded to crash into the center divider. The driver and the two other passengers were hospitalized.
