OCTOBER 18, 2008  — Frank Riggio, 52, of Orange County, died Friday while installing a skylight in a Rancho Santa Fe barn, the county medical examiner’s office has reported.  Riggio was working at Buena Vista Farms, located at 6025 El Monte Video in Rancho Santa Fe. The accident occurred at about 2:30 p.m., when Riggio fell through the opening. 

County sheriff’s deputies responded, along with firefighters and paramedics.  The victim was transported by helicopter to Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.  Riggio is suvived by his wife and son of Trabuco Canyon, CA.
