JULY 5, 2009 – A woman suffered a serious head injury Saturday morning when she fell out of a pedi-cab in San Diego. The accident occurred on Harbor Drive, near First Avenue, at about 11:40 a.m. The victim, who was only described as a 60-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital after the pedi-cab driver reportedly made an unsafe movement.
