JUNE 29, 2009 - At least two people were airlifted from the scene of a motorcycle crash, authorities said. The accident occurred just before 7 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Highway 76 near Interstate 5, according to the Oceanside Fire Department. Two helicopters were sent to the scene of the crash and transported the injured victims. No further details were available. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
