JUNE 29, 2009 – A 32-year-old man was seriously injured after crashing his bicycle into a parked car in the Stockton neighborhood, authorities said. The victim was not wearing a helmet, according to San Diego police. The man was riding at a high rate of speed on J Street near 33rd Street about 2:20 p.m. He was unable to complete a turn in the road and crashed into the parked vehicle, authorities said. Police are investigating the crash.
