Delivery Driver Died Tuesday after Getting Wedged by Vehicle in Pine Valley

JUNE 10, 2009 – A 59-year-old woman was killed when she was wedged between her delivery vehicle and a fence post, authorities said. Sharon Marice Clanton of Ramona had been delivering meals to residents when she was found at 18 Via Road, according to the San Diego County medical examiner’s office. She was pronounced dead by paramedics at 2:37 p.m. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of her death.
