MARCH 16, 2009 – A motorcyclist was killed in Barrett Junction yesterday. 59-year-old Charles Thomas Omelina was traveling eastbound on Route 94 when he lost control of his motorcycle and went down an embankment. Emergency responders arrived, but Mr. Omelina was pronounced dead at the scene. It is believed that he was speeding at the time of the accident.
