FEBRUARY 23, 2009 – A young boy was killed in an ATV accident in National City on Saturday. 12-year-old Julio C. Lizarraga was riding his all-terrain vehicle on W. 16th Street when he lost control of the vehicle. The ATV then struck a wall. The boy was transported to the hospital where he later died of blunt force injuries.
