FEBRUARY 18, 2009 – A pedestrian was injured in the Lake Murray area on February 12th. The unidentified woman was crossing a street at the 8600 block of Lake Murray Boulevard when she was struck by the side mirror of a passing truck. She was transported to the hospital with severe head trauma. The driver of the truck told authorities that the sun was obstructing his view at the time of the accident.
