FEBRUARY 2, 2009 – A collision involving a jackknifed semi-truck and two other cars injured two people and brought traffic to a standstill Monday morning, CHP reported. The truck accident happened on westbound Highway 78 near the Woodland Parkway exit, at about 8:30 a.m. The CHP is investigating the cause of the San Marcos truck accident.
