SEPTEMBER 10, 2008 - A 6-year-old boy was hospitalized for serious injuries Wednesday evening after he was hit by a car in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego.  Police reported that the child was being chased by his 10-year-old brother when he darted into the street and was hit by a Honda on 44th street near Landis Street. The driver of the Honda that hit the child was an 18 year old man.  The accident occurred shortly before 7 p.m, and police reported the child fractured his right thigh bone.
