A bicyclist was killed in an accident on July 18th in Hillcrest. 22-year-old Atip Oupron was traveling eastbound on University Avenue when he was struck by pickup truck after making a left on Park Boulevard on a red light. Mr. Oupron was transported to UCSD
Medical Center where he later died.
