Estey and Bomberger represent Real People in our community that have Real Injuries due to the wrongdoing of others. At Estey and Bomberger, we specialize in representing the families and community members that have suffered catastrophic injuries. All of our work is done on a contingency-fee basis. This means that we do not get paid or receive any fees or compensation unless we are able to win the case. For that reason, our office only handles meritorious and righteous claims. If we do not believe in a case, we do not handle it.

Our firm has received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. An AV rating is the highest rating at a firm can get for competency and ethics. We have received a AAA rating, which is the highest rating, from the California State Bar certified referral service. We also have the highest rating from the Better Business Bureau with a history of no complaints.

We believe in accountability and personal responsibility. Our clients should be accountable for their actions. Likewise, the persons, corporations or governmental entities that harm our clients should be held accountable for their actions. Holding individuals, corporations and governmental entities accountable has the net effect of making our world a safer place for our families and community. 

Why we are different

We hate frivolous lawsuits and the effect that they have on our jury system. We believe in the sanctity of the jury system. We screen our cases diligently and do not represent people that are trying to game the system by trying to get more money than their injuries are worth.  We believe that fairness is a two-way street. We believe in fair settlement and try to accomplish them whenever possible. When a defendant is unwilling to offer a fair and reasonable settlement for real and legitimate injuries on a case, we believe strongly that juries will make a reasonable and fair determination.
